1. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition.

2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 10-14 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

3. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to guarantee changes.

5. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on its progress.

6. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
